Which mobile devices are compatible with Rugged Data?
Rugged Data can be used on any Android mobile device. Rugged Data’s web app, The Hub, can be used on any digital device that is connected to the internet. Rugged Data will soon be available on iOS devices too.
How do I access Rugged Data?
Once set up by the Rugged Data team, admin users will receive an email to create an account for the Rugged Data Hub web app. Choose Google sign-in or create a username and password. Then download and log in to the Rugged Data mobile app in Google Play. Admins can invite users to set up accounts. Adding new users will affect billing.
What is the form submissions limit on Rugged Data?
There are no restrictions on the number of form submissions you can have on Rugged Data. We offer unlimited submissions and data storage on every plan.
How secure is Rugged Data?
Rugged Data uses industry-standard security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. We store all data on secure cloud servers and regularly review, and update our security measures to ensure the highest level of protection.
Can I make changes to Rugged Data forms?
Yes, simply email our Support team and they will be happy to make changes to your forms for you. Most form content updates are included in your monthly fee; however, if the form requires changes to calculations or layouts, a fee will be charged.
How much does Rugged Data cost?
Rugged Data fees are charged per user per month. Find out more about the plans we offer on our Pricing page. We charge a set-up fee per form that we digitise for you, depending on complexity and size. There is no limit to the number of different forms you can have on the platform.
